How does Excellence Architecture differ from Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching works on identity, behaviour, effect — at a broad level. Excellence Architecture calibrates the micro-variables that Executive Coaching does not capture with sufficient precision: 40-200ms micro-expressions, ±20 Hz vocal frequency, 0.3-7s pause architecture. We work at the level of polish, not at the level of form.

Why do 7 out of 10 enquiries end without a mandate?

Diamond demands three forms of fit: values fit, level fit, readiness fit. Values fit we examine mutually. Level fit we measure — anyone who has not yet mastered the methodological foundations belongs in Build, not in Diamond. Readiness fit is the question of whether you are willing to hear unvarnished feedback on your own micro-architecture. If one of the three is missing, there is no mandate — and that is the precondition for the others to receive the depth they seek.

What does “mutual examination” mean?

Before your first day of mandate, we meet twice. Once for a 90-minute opening conversation. Once for a 60-minute micro-architecture diagnostic. You examine us. We examine you. Both sides say yes at the end — or the mandate does not happen. Mutual. Clear.

Who performs the FACS analysis?

We work with FACS-certified analysts — and with spectral-analysis software for vocal diagnostics. The data is the foundation. The calibration is craft. We combine data precision with experience honed over many years.

What does Diamond cost?
