Entrepreneurship is not a concept for me. It is lived reality.
I do not know entrepreneurship from theory. Not from books. Not from safe outside perspectives.
I know it from the inside.
I know the beginning when there was nothing but an idea, will and responsibility. I know hard work, uncertainty, risk and pressure. I know growth, negotiation, leadership and decision. I know success not as a narrative, but as experience. And I know failure not as an abstract possibility, but as reality.
I have built, led, negotiated, lost, won, trusted, carried responsibility and started over. Across borders, markets and systems. With people, challenges and decisions that demanded substance.
I know insolvency. Not as a concept. But as reality.
And I know the quiet dignity of a genuine new beginning.
17 June 2017 changed my life at its core.
There are moments after which a person is no longer the same. Not in their view. Not in their feeling. Not in their truth.
Near-death experiences irrevocably shift one's perspective on life. Since that day I no longer perceive life only in its outer form, but in its depth, its energy and its truth.
I have learned to recognise the inauthentic more clearly. To take the essential more seriously. And to make more conscious decisions.
That is why today I only do what I can genuinely stand behind from my deepest conviction.
Not because it is opportune. Not because it sells well. Not because it aligns with the zeitgeist.
But because I am convinced that we as human beings have reached a point where technology must be more than efficiency, control and growth.
Artificial intelligence, blockchain and robotics carry within them the potential not only to improve processes, but to realign systems. Used correctly, they can help protect nature, rethink animal welfare and guide people back towards health, dignity, meaning and genuine fulfilment.
That is precisely where my work lies. And that is precisely my purpose.
I connect entrepreneurial experience with inner depth. Vision with implementation. Technology with humanity. Structure with consciousness. Responsibility with the future.
I do not believe in progress at any price. I believe in progress with integrity. In progress that serves life, rather than moving away from it.

The Beginning Without a Safety Net
I know life without a safety net.
Having to learn early to deal with uncertainty.
Early understanding of what it means to give oneself support when none comes from outside.
Perhaps this is precisely why I understand people, pressure, inner restlessness and turning points not from theory —
but from experience.
I know what it feels like when your path is not given to you.
And I know what can emerge when you keep going anyway.
The School of Life
I do not come from an ivory tower.
I come from real systems, real pressure, real responsibility.
I learned early what performance means:
Presence, precision, pace, quality, leadership.
Where excuses change nothing — and only attitude, clarity and results count.
Not wanting to be perfect.
But resilient.
Awake.
Reliable.
Clear.
The Break and the Silence That Followed
I know not only building.
I also know loss, upheaval and the feeling when certainties collapse.
There are experiences after which one is no longer the same.
Not externally. Internally.
Less noise. More truth.
Less outward appearance. More substance.
Since then I seek answers not where everyone looks —
but where they truly arise.
Against the Current
I was never made to simply echo what everyone is saying.
I am not interested in the most comfortable path.
I am interested in what is true.
What endures.
What is coming.
Those who forge their own path are often first ridiculed, then questioned, and eventually understood.
You have to be able to live with that.
Because in the end, every person bears responsibility for their own life —
not the opinions of others.

What long appeared as separate paths was in truth preparation.

I promise nothing I cannot carry. And I only say “I will do this”, when I am ready to walk the path completely.
Without excuses.

Commitment for me is not a question of circumstances. But a question of principle.

I am not the person for just one specialism. I am the one who brings people, knowledge and possibilities into alignment.
I see connections where others see separation.
I recognise what belongs together before it becomes tangible. And I bring different forces together so that direction, strength and impact emerge.
Not in opposition.
Not in silos.
Not within limits.
But in interplay.
Giving Up Is Not an Answer.
We arrive with nothing. And we leave with nothing.
What remains is what we did. What we carried. What we gave.
That is why giving up is not an answer for me. Not because the path is always easy — but because in continuing, what was previously hidden often becomes visible.
Not every break is an end. Not every loss is only loss.
Sometimes things fall apart so that something truer can emerge.
